Use this help desk to submit requests for:
Support requests will be addressed in a triage fashion based on the following criteria:
- Equipment obtained with consultation and approval of IPA New Haven (HQ) IT Department receives precedence over equipment purchased without consultation and approval of IPA New Haven (HQ) IT Department.
- Standard equipment, as identified in Equipment List Form Topic, will receive priority support over non-standard equipment.
- Emergencies affecting project work will be prioritized over issues that do not affect project work.
- Email and user requests will be batched and processed weekly, thus receiving a lower priority than hardware and software problems. See Email request topic in Announcements section found in Forums.
- IT related problems due to lack of coordination with IPA New Haven (HQ) IT Department may result in a charge to project budget for time spent addressing issue.
